Butternut Squash Pecan Spread

White Bean Garlic Dip

Herbed Cashew Cheese Spread

Soup:

Butternut Squash Bisque - My Butternut Squash Bisque was the first soup I made that got me hooked on making soup! Many butternut squash soups trend to the sweeter side, but mine is much more savory thanks to the addition of onion and potato. Velvety smooth, you don't even need a spoon...just serve and sip!

Cauliflower Leek - Whenever I make this soup, people think there’s cream in it! But there isn’t! The vegetables and herbs strike a perfect balance for a velvety smooth, low carb, and delicious soup that makes for a perfect first course. Or make a salad and grab a baguette, and it’s a delightfully light lunch or dinner.

Entrée:

Individual Mushroom-Parsnip Pot Pies - This is KC&C's fun twist on the traditional pot pie. Instead of the filling first and the dough layered across the top, these are inverted! These are much easier for reheating, serving, and eating! 2-3 per person should be plenty as an entree portion. The great thing about these little pot pies is that they also make a great side dish.    It's a vegetable and a starch all in one! Orders can be in quantities of          6 (the minimum).

Sides:

Cauliflower Potato Mash - A lower carb version of traditional mashed potatoes, this leaves diners with more room to eat everything else! Roasted garlic, lots of vegan butter, and a few herbs, makes this dish delectable.

Balsamic-Brown Sugar Roasted Vegetables - Carrots, parsnips, brussel sprouts, and yellow squash are roasted in a tasty balsamic-brown sugar glaze. It makes for a colorful side and a variety of textures and shapes.

Cornbread Dressing - Sweet and savory, all in one! Homemade cornbread is transformed into a delicious dressing and accompanied with dried cranberries and toasted pecans (nuts can be optional).

Mushroom Gravy - This is a great addition to the cauliflower potato mash, but it can go on anything!  Lots of mushrooms, thyme, and garlic, make this gravy the perfect accompaniment to your Thanksgiving feast!
